Guys, this is one of the greatest tools that I have in my toolkit. Although originally created as a Legal Asset Protection instrument, this does not meet the needs of asset protection any longer. So do we throw it away as most lawyers have? or do we use it to add maximum flexibility to our real estate investing?

This is not the same instrument that I use for the Pre-foreclosure, since that set has been drastically altered to facilitate a specific need. You will need it if you want to add Pre-Foreclosure Arrow to your quiver of tools.
