Look I know that getting money sometimes is very difficult, but please watch this short video...  And be very careful.  My personal advice.  if they want any money upfront, then your RED FLAGS should fly.   Pay appraisals direct to the Appraiser.  And check out their escrow agents, be sure they are legit.
